Angel Suarez is the Founder and CEO of Pixel & Plume, an agency built around an opportunity hiding in plain sight: casino, hospitality and retail brands have some of the richest first-party loyalty data in any industry, guest behavior, spend patterns, visit frequency, and the right marketing infrastructure can turn that asset into a genuine competitive advantage.

Pixel & Plume was built to be that infrastructure. Angel's career spans the full arc of modern marketing from the creative agency world at Arnold in New York, to the client side at ESPN where he helped launch the first live sports streaming platform, to Target where he was an early member of what is now Roundel, one of the most sophisticated retail media networks in the country. He also spent time at the global adtech company, The Trade Desk, building out their retail data division, deepening his knowledge of digital media, adtech and first-party audience strategy fueled by loyalty programs.

That combination of brand storytelling, data science, and media technology is the foundation of Pixel & Plume. The agency has built its own proprietary data and analytics stack that powers smarter segmentation, activation, and attribution across every measurable channel. Serving casinos and retail brands as a full-service agency, Pixel & Plume brings that capability to bear across brand strategy, creative, media, and loyalty marketing.
